Hello friend
My name is Alexandros Oikonomou. Born and raised in Greece where I spent most of my life until when in 2012 I moved to south of Belgium for a career opportunity. My first house there (which used to be a garage) was in the middle of nowhere. I spent many weekends doing absolutely nothing as English is not a popular language there. Feeling isolated I decided to try a new hobby.
During my summer holidays one year in Greece, I met Cristina, gorgeous Catalan who used to model. We hanged out and shot around a thousand frames together only in a couple of days. She would count to three and then BAM! She would turn around with that gorgeous smile on her face. I think that was the moment when I realised that I like portraiture.
I am really grateful for all the people that I met through this photographic journey. Their trust enabled me to keep doing what I love. Thank you!
